If having an abortion is illegal, should i put my wife down since she had a miscarriage?

 A miscarriage is NOT the same thing as a abortion - not in any way. Neither having an abortion nor having a miscarriage is illegal.

A miscarriage isn't caused by something a woman intentionally does. A miscarriage can happen as a result of a serious accident to a pregnant woman; but most often it's because the woman's body senses there's something 'wrong' with the developing fetus, and so her body spontaneously aborts the pregnancy. She has a miscarriage!  She doesn't choose to have a miscarriage, and it's totally out of her control.

An abortion is a medical procedure in which a pregnant woman intentionally seeks out a medical professional who will terminate the pregnancy - even when there is nothing 'wrong' with the fetus. She chooses to terminate the pregnancy herself.

You take being an idiot to Olympic levels. 

A miscarriage is the baby not being viable or the bodies way of saying it is not time.  If your wife truly had a miscarriage she would be sad and so would you, not trolling strangers asking for stupid opinions.  And abortions are NOT illegal YET.

Your imaginary wife should put you down. 

You could maybe learn to tell a witty current-events joke instead.
