Is it okay to workout while sick?
Yesterday I didn’t have a fever or sore throat but I had body aches and shortness of breath when I tried to take a deep breath.
This morning I woke up with a sore throat and a fever. But now that I’ve had some fruit and drink my throat doesn’t feel too bad, and overall I don’t feel to bad. My body isn’t really aching like yesterday, at least not right now.
I have gym equipment in my basement, so I wouldn’t need to go to an actual gym and spread germs/pick up more germs there.
Is it okay for me to exercise? I hate missing workouts, yesterday was already a rest day.
First time I took my temp when I first woke up it was like 100, I just took it again and it said 99.5 though. Tbh I suck at using this thing so who knows what my temp is

If you're that obsessed with exercise, try it and see how you feel. I exercise almost every day but i listen to my body and if it's telling me it needs rest, i rest. You have to decide for yourself.
Feel better soon!

I workout when I'm sick. I usually feel better afterwards. Mind you not if I'm so sick I can't get out of bed or anything, but if I have a cold -- yeah, it will be fine.

For you no not right now. They say if your symptoms are below the neck you shouldn't work out until you're better but if they're above the neck then you're fine to work out. Feel better soon.

If you have a fever, no. Otherwise it's probably fine. Here's more info on that topic.

Hard to answer for anyone else - you know your body best.
That said, it's not usually recommended to work out while you're sick. You'll put additional (and heavier than you might think) strain on your ciculatory system (and your heart especially), and the increased deep respiration increases the risk of transporting any infections deeper into your lungs.
I'm not a doctor (of medicine), but if you run a fever, I'd suggest you take it _very_ slow. Staying in bed is usually recommended - and drinking much water (or other unsugared drinks like tea/infusions).
