    dunno, but the heart needs nutrition, specifically, minerals, ionic are the easiest to absorb, and we all need more iodine as well, just plain kelp can easily give you iodine..

    and tho it may look gross, but fulvic acid minerals are easy to take just a shotglass in a glass of water and just chug it.....pretty easy.....
