Boris Johnson had the Pary Numbers to support any deal offered by the EU

He was in the right place, at the right time really.    Everybody had had ENOUGH so at least he was able to push through 'the deal' which was really only a revamp of what May had been trying to get through, on the shirt tails of the General Election result.   How successful this turns out to be is anybody's guess!!

Cameron wasn't involved in any of this beyond the Referendum Vote and once that went against what he expected (a remain vote prevailing) he had no option but to quit.

How do you make out he is MORE successful

They aint even STARTED negotiating a deal yet

And the "deal" he promised before the election was 95% the same as mays - the ONLY difference being is that he wanted to formalise leaving the EU (with exactly the same EU-UK relationship as before leaving) THEN negotiate the actual leaving deal

So until end 2020 WE are OUT of the EU  but STILL subject to all the EU rules and regulations -

So here we are today in an even WORSE position than we were 1 year ago and WILL be for another 10 months AT LEAST

Only AFTER that deal is made will we be 100% out of the EU

And you call THAT a "success" ?

I would just love to hear what you think a "failure" is

He isn't, he has just rolled over and accepted conditions Teresa May wouldn't, like the effective border in the North Sea between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK which is going to be implemented.  Despite his tough talking, he will probably also end up accepting an extension to the transition period.

And you know his recent nonsense about having an Australia-style trading deal with the EU?  That's code for a hard Brexit because Australia *doesn't have* a trade deal with the EU.

Simply because he was more charismatic and both Labour and the Lib Dems had ridiculous polices on Brexit. I think you'll still be forced into BRINO if you don't want the economy to fall into a long recession. Democracy is very bad when the electorate is so easily gulled by blinkered activists.

as you have rightly stated, conservatives wasted millions on 3 general elections for brexit

fair is fair, time for another brexit referendum

    What Brexshit deal?

He hasn't even STARTED negotiations with the EU!

And, judging by Bozo's previous form, he'll make a right boIIocks of any future talks!

We're well f*cked and YOU voted for this - just stop talking crap about "success"!!

Because he didn't bother to read the deal, repressed any criticism or investigation of the deal, gleefully dived into the deal, then disappeared from sight...

He isn't. He just says that he is. He voted down all his predecesors on better deals but now he is trumping us, and we are buying his fantasy.
