Purchasing new Home. Pool light won't work?
We still haven't closed on the home. I am asking my Realtor if the seller could check the pool and replace the light and seller doesn't want to. I told him I have a legitimate concern for safety. What if my family gets electrocuted and the reason why the light doesn't turn on is electrical. Is there any clause or anything I can do to make him take care of that issue before we close?
