What’s the difference between a Welsh dresser & a cross dresser?.?

A welsh dresser is a piece of furniture.  A cross dress is a person who wears the clothing that is usually associated with the opposite gender.  While that behavior is routinely accepted in women, it is usually not acceptable for males.

I’ll answer if you can tell me what the word Welsh means.
