Is marijuana just as harmful as tobacco?
I'm talking about organic tobacco and I think anyone could agree burning anything in your body is harmful even if it weed.

Whilst you are correct that any smoke in the lungs is unhealthy, not all are carcinogenic.
There are many naturally occuring chemicals in tobacco (even organically grown tobacco) that are carcinogenic in their normal state or become carcinogenic when burnt.
This makes togacco amoke particularly bad for your lungs.

True, but as far as we can tell weed is far less harmful than cigarettes of any kind. course you can eat it instead which is much more healthy

WORLDS of difference. THC is bad for developing brains (15-25yo), but nicotine is only beat by alcohol and cocaine in how it destroys the body.
Organic! LOL!

Even today, after we went from a nation of 80% smokers to 8% smokers, tobacco is THE leading cause of death in the US. 400,000 people die every year from smoking cigarettes. That's the size of Tulsa, every year.
And yet, NOT ONE PERSON has ever died from smoking weed! You'd expect fewer deaths because not as many people smoke weed as tobacco, and because you don't smoke it all day long like you do with tobacco. But NOT A SINGLE ONE! That means something!
I certainly agree that drawing burning smoke into your lungs can't be healthy. But as cannabis grows more accepted, and more legal, we're finding alternative 'THC delivery systems'--edibles, vapes, etc.etc. And that will eliminate even the small danger of smoking!
