Why can’t we get the Chinese to quit eating snakes?

Every culture has odd habits. If every American would stop eating fast foods and quit smoking, we would said hundreds of billions in healthcare costs every year.

It is simply a cultural thing. Snakes, Bats. Shark Fin soup. Birds nest soup. Or a dish I had, Blow torch Chicken, almost raw inside.
