The conservative doesn't think: They will believe anything that the media tell them, and never consider that which the media don't tell them! Notice how the media almost never report the numbers becoming unemployed, the business failures, the sky-high inflation or crumbling economies created by conservative governments - the world-over - thereby ensuring that conservative-voters never think of such inconveniences! I am even aware of the spiritual consequences - which are very bad indeed - of being a conservative: And there's nothing that we can do to help them!

Easy. Conservative voters got fed up with politicians who forgot why they got elected when they went to Washington. They get caught up in the politics, the political minutia and lose the nerve to do what they feel is right. Many Conservative voters thought they saw something in Trump and thought he wouldn't be prone to that. They turned out to be very right, more so than they ever thought. This is why support for Trump has done nothing but grow since 2016, even by those who are put off by his bloviating antics.
What Trump has done in the last 3 years is turn the economy around into the strongest economy the country has seen in the last 15 years at least. He has taken on tough problems other presidents kicked the can down the road on for decades. This includes illegal immigration. It includes trade issues with China as well as issues with them on American intellectual property. He just pushed through a major new US, Canadian, Mexican trade partnership (USMCA), eliminating a number of problems with the old one (NAFTA). He has taken a very visible stance with the pro-life movement.
Even though the stock market has taken a hit from the coronavirus. The economy is still fundamentally strong thanks to Trump's work over the past 3 years. The market is reacting mostly to skittish investors' fears over the coronavirus, although some stocks will be legitimately adversely effected for the near future due to supply chain and travel issues. This is unlike the crash of 2008, where the economy had systemic problems that needed fixing before it could recover.
If you are dumping on him for reacting to the coronavirus, at the end of January, Trump implemented restrictions on travel from China. Liberals called him "racist" for doing so. They still hadn't got a grasp of the danger presented by the Chinese coronavirus yet. Trump has been ahead of the game from the beginning. In the last week of February he held a televised press conference outlining all the Administration's actions done so far, formerly introduced the Administration's point team that was handling the coronavirus and gave a timeline of actions to come. There have been daily briefings by VP Pence, who is heading up the team, ever since.
Now, do you have any factual explanation of why not to support Trump in the way I provide reasons TO support him?

It is hard for anybody to admit someone made a fool of them. That's why so many scam artists are not reported.

It's a cult. Belonging to a cult often makes people behave in ways that are simply unbelievable to outsiders.

It is pretty easy really. Just consider the biased MSM reporting and their true motivation.
