What was your most embarrassing moment?

When we had been on a night out from work and all stayed at someones house.

I woke up in the morning searching for the bathroom and accidently walked into a bedroom where one of my female colleagues had just got out of bed completely naked. I don't know which one of us screamed loudest.

That's a story that's been posted on this very site a few times and has always gotten deleted. Let's just say it involves a high school drinking party and me drinking way too much.
