Did the Coronavirus spread as a result of the Chinese traveling the world, or did it just happen to travel on its own?

chinese traveling from one country to another, people visiting China. The virus is transmitted through droplets and is not an air born disease.

Lots of people visiting China who panicked and returned home during the outbreak brought it back to their respective countries. 

It could have been spread to the US by the many products Ivanka Trump's numerous companies in China make and send to the US, her father didn't put tariffs on her Chinese made products. 

it only takes one infected person to infect a multitude of others. whether it was Chinese person travelling or a Italian on holiday in china , it really doesn't matter in the end, the harm was done

It is passed person to person. Not by the wind.

The first case in the state of Washington was confirmed to be a person who had returned to Seattle from Wuhan. The virus spread undetected to an unknown number of people, many of whom took it elsewhere in the US.

Some got out of China with Chinese carriers, but it spread just as much from business travelers from many countries going to China on business.

Well not just the Chinese traveling but other people traveling to China and then elsewhere.  The disease seems to have originated in China and if no one travels to or from where an infectious disease originates then it won't spread beyond that area.

Some Chinese traveling the world spread it. Some folks who visited Wuhan and came back spread it. Then there are those who got it from the original few and ran all over the globe and spread it. Italy and Iran are examples of that.

Non-Chinese also visit China and bring back infectious "souvenirs."
