We don't need to know that. He only tells us in the Bible what we need to know. Can you imagine how big the Bible would be if He told us everything? We certainly wouldn't be able to tote it to church.

God does not write on paper or stone, therefore the entire Bible is not the Word of God. THE WHEAT AND THE TARES ARE THERE TOGETHER; Only a true SERVANT can distinguish the difference. However, God's Word is more prevalent in the Bible than any other scripture.
Jesus instructed His Apostles to teach only what He Himself taught for 3.5 years while on earth: The Gospels of Mark(except 16:9-20) and Matthew. Genesis is good background.
