No. Language is just a confusing medium used to propagate lies. Even the word lie is confusing, it has more than one meaning.

No. Lies are misrepresentations of one's actual beliefs. Language is a means of communication; it is used to communicate both truth and lies.

Its audio-symbolic. It gives us a way to represent the aspects of visual consciousness. If you have ever came across other people rambling on in a different language you might not be able to think of anything they are saying, you wouldn't know the meaning to their words. What "meaning" is, is still a mystery to me, but I think it has something to do with the aforementioned form of thinking (audio-symbolic visual). Not a lie, unless one "means" to with their language.
