Most unis are finding ways to continue instruction online. I know my niece is currently quarantined at home and doing her final exams that way.

Most colleges are going to online classes, where the students can work from home. If they are shutting down completely, final grades will likely be based on work completed prior to the shut down. Since most colleges are already on spring break, that means what the students did for the first half of the semester.
