So I went to sleep at 11pm woke up at 6 am. I didn’t need to wake up at 6am but I took milk of magnesia only reason I went to sleep because it says take during bedtime. So my question is should I go back to sleep or stay awake and go to bed again at 11pm everyday and make this my sleep schedule? I’m used to sleeping at 1-2 am

That's 7 hours- a pretty good sleep schedule assuming you're an adult. Falling back asleep after you wake up naturally in the morning can make you feel more tired during the day, it confuses your brain into having another cycle of REM sleep, and if you don't make it through four cycles your body will just feel tired the rest of the day
