If things get worse will they shutdown television? Internet etc ?

    Internet speeds are likely to be slowed due to the number of people at home streaming things and finishing school through on-line classes.

    Internet probably not, and TV can always show reruns if need be.

    Internet and TV will not shut down but In UK they have already pulled popular shows with big casts. But it will not shut down.

    With how incompetent trump+his administration are desperate to cover their tracks 

    it wouldn't shock me. Expect a shutdown and/or lots of censorship in the near future.
