Can you get pregnant in space? Can you have a baby in space?

I don't know, so thank you!

Theoretically, yes. Nobody has done it yet (either the deed or the aftermath), but lab animals have carried pregnancies to term aboard the ISS.

You have a very interesting question! Although the space station is pressurized we still view astronauts catching food and liquid floating in air. I assume the separate sleeping area is not private, so having sex with your fellow astronaut might be taboo. I now wonder whether sexual intercourse might not work if male semen escapes from the woman's vagina during sex. This is a good question to quiz Google. For your information, a woman in England became pregnant from having anal sex. The surgeon accidently sewed part of the woman's uterus to her anus, and during anal sex male sperm impregnated the woman.

It sounds like you need to have a talk with an adult about the facts of life.
