can you have corona virus without a fever?
I have a sore throat for 4 days now, i cough maybe 5-10 times a day
I am on antibiotics for a sinus issue so i am not sure if that is causing my throat issues

Yes, you can have it without a fever.
It is possible that you could have BOTH a sinus issue AND coronavirus at the same time.
Act as IF you have covid-19 until you are symptom free, just in case you have it and might be the reason someone dies.

Yes you can and I suggest you go to a doctor and avoid other people until you know for sure you don't have COVID-19. Otherwise you could get someone else infected who then dies or who gives it to someone else who dies. You can give it to many other people if you have it. Go to a doctor and avoid others until COVID-19 is ruled out.

You can have it and have no symptoms and still give it to others.

You can have coronavirus with no symptoms at all. If you have sinusitis, you can expect a sore throat and cough.
