what is the bird that sounds like it's saying "tyranny"?

i live in middle tennessee and I haven't found anything online that sounds like it. its high pitched and repeats around 2 to 3 times. each one is 3 notes that I believe are descending. if you have any idea please let me know I've been thinking about this for a week :(

    Could be one of the chickadees. Do you have the Carolina chickadee in your area? Or maybe a phoebe.

    A common yellowthroat makes a similar call.  I remember their call by dowitcher dowitcher dowitcher.
