I suppose you could but Florida is stopping cars on I-95 and turning them around

if they are from NY or NJ because of bringing the virus to Florida. A lot of

Northern folks  have property in Florida and at this time Florida has very few

cases and NY and NJ has a lot so they are leaving. I would do the same I believe.

You're not to visit family or friends, it's not essential for your life you see. Go to work? Yes understandable. Buy food? Yes understandable. Schmooze? No. My girlfriend isn't coming, she has been told by her adult department social worker that if she goes out the police will be called and they will be told there is a woman walking around with a heart problem. There are powers of arrest if you push them.

Chances are no one is going to try to stop you.  Then again it depends where you are coming from and where you are going.
