Yes. There are server stations all over in places with cool climates where they store data and can keep the servers cool from getting over heated and the more data used the more of these locations they build. There is, however, a limit, and you my find old content that’s never been viewed eventually removed.

I am sure Google, in the case of YouTube, or any provider of streaming data can find the storage space.
