Birth control? Effectiveness?

My boyfriend and I had sex Saturday he used and condom and he pulled out before he finished. I also got my depo Provera shot two and a half weeks ago and I was wondering the effectiveness of all three?

    Condom = 80%

    Pulling out = 0.0%

    Depo shot = 99.999999% effective.
