Sounds like you might have retrograde ejaculation. Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of emerging through the penis during orgasm. Although you still reach sexual climax, you might ejaculate very little or no semen.
Okay, so you have two separate balls right? Each one has a tube or "duct" connected to it called the Vas deferens. These ducts meet up behind the bladder at the prostate gland. During orgasm sperm travel to the prostate where they mix with other fluids to create semen/ejaculate (jìzz / ¢um)
There's only one tube that leaves the prostate, it's called the Urethra. This is the one that goes through your penis, and ends at your pee hole. The Bladder is also connected to the Urethra. There's a muscle there that closes the bladder sphincter (trap door) when you're not using it. When you orgasm it's supposed to squeeze shut extra hard. This way ejaculate streams passed it and you nut. For some guys it kind malfunctions during the muscle spasms of climax. Instead of sperm leaving the body they shoot up into the bladder.
It's not harmful. The presence of urine will kill sperm. So, it's kind of a harsh end for your minis. But ultimately it doesn't harm you at all. You just pee everything out later. Saves you time on clean up.
Unfortunately, if you wanted to make a baby on purpose, you would need those guys to make it to the outside. Good news, a doctor can fix it pretty easily.
