No and wrong. First, some rubbing alcohol has isopropyl alcohol; beer does not (it has ethyl alcohol). Second, rubbing alcohol kills it only on surfaces; it does not kill it in humans. Third, one beer wouldn't be enough. The amount of beer needed wouldn't just kill the virus; it would kill you also.

Trust me, if you drank enough alcohol to kill the virus it would kill you first. Poison is all in the dose. The trick is to find something that is way more poisonous to the virus than it is to you. That is, the dose that will kill the virus should be far less than the dose that will kill you. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we know of yet that for sure will do this.
Many things are poisonous in a large enough dose. Coffee contains a small amount of caffeine. In a small dose, it perks you up. In a large dose, it kills you. Likewise, we all know that if you guzzle 6 bottles of whiskey one after the other you could easily die.
Another thing people should know is that there are three kinds of alcohol commonly available. One is Ethyl. That is the kind in beer and whiskey. A small dose is OK. One is isopropyl. That is rubbing alcohol. That is more poisonous to people. You should only use it outside your body. The third is denatured. It is even more poisonous. It can cause blindness and death. That's what they use in windshield wiper fluid.
Another thing we should know is that there are Four ways if getting poisons inside our bodies. One is by skin contact. That's why you should wear rubber gloves when using pesticides. Another is by inhalation. That's why you should use Clorox in a well ventilated area. Another is by drinking. Lol. we should all know not to drink poison, or too much coffee. Another is by injection. This is worst of all. It goes straight into your blood. A syringe full of pine sol on your hands? It may irritate them. If you inject it into a vein I imagine it could kill you.

Rubbing alcohol is isopropyl alcohol.
Beer contains ethanol alcohol. And beer doesn't contain enough of it to kill much of anything.

No. Drinking alcohol cannot kill the coronavirus. If you have the coronavirus drinking alcohol would be a bad idea since you have to stay hydrated.

Even if you're trying to be funny, you ARE aware that if you've contracted the virus it's not in your stomach, right? So even if beer killed COVID-19, it would have no effect on it in your body, because beer goes to your stomach, liver, and bladder. The virus will be in your nasal passages, sinuses, and eventually your lungs. Perhaps you could inhale the beer.

As is the same as if there is no virus, moderation is the key. If you overdo it then your immune system will be down, then if the virus comes at you when you are like that it can only mean bad news.

Alcohol based sanitizer will kill the virus on your hands.

Beer is only 5-10% alcohol, rubbing alcohol is usually around 90%, which causes permanent blindness if not death. Remember that bit about not letting the cure be worse than the problem?
