I'm trying to shred fat. Should I eat more meals or less meals? I know to factor in protein and exercise.?

    Exercise doesn't cause a person to lose fat. It never has, never will.

    Try a carb counting diet, like Ketogenic.

    Using a mechanized tool like The Salad Shooter is often easier when shredding mozzarella or cheddar. Cheese is. mostly fat and some protein.

    Now, when shredding manteca, it's best to use a microplane and do it manually.

    My exercise always makes me eat more.

    It does for everybody.

    More, smaller meals with good portion control (4-6 per day).  A balance of healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein.  Reduce sugar and heavily processed food.  Good luck!
