How can I exercise excessively if I have no motivation?

I mean I have the Just Dance game, but I only burn 50 calories or so. Big whoop. I can walk around the block or whatever outside (wear a mask of course), but I have no motivation. If I don't feel like it.

I want to lose at least 20 pounds or so. I don't eat a lot, just sit A LOT. 7 years ago I was 140, a few months 130 from a lot of walking at old job. Now I'm back to 140 since I can't exercise because of my new job which doesn't have much exercise and now this stupid virus where I don't do much exercise.

Update:

I have seizures, so my neurologist sent me to a nutritionist so I am on the right diet, so I know I am eating the right stuff...when I do or drink. Even the stuff I don't like such as nuts, avocados, and mushrooms (ew, ew, and double ew). So, what do you think?

Exercise has little to do with losing fat. What you eat is how you lose fat. And eating very little is not the greatest idea, either.

Exercise is great for keeping us toned and fit. And during a weight loss process, if we are actually losing weight, it may help a bit.

If you actually want to lose weight, then look into the Ketogenic diet. It's about eating whole, healthy natural foods (meats, fish, eggs, dark green and colorful vegetables, mostly). And natural fats.

Dr Josh Axe has a great website out there about it and has also written a book on the subject.
