how can we get the right brand of prescription drugs instead of generics that don't work?
I have been taking meds for add for twenty years but now these meds are not doing what thet are supposed when the md writes brand on the rx it doesn't matter I get whatever is on the shelf

Generics are made with the exact seem components.Their not working is only in your mind..

Many years ago I worked in a pharmacy and the seniors could get the brand name at the same charge if they complained it didn’t work or had side effects. Every second senior could take the generic.
Then the government plan changed and would only pay for the generic. If you wanted the brand name you had to pay yourself.
If was amazing how overnight every senior could take the generic. All those allergies and weird problems only with the generic instantly disappeared.

You can pay for them with your own money. If the government or your insurance is paying, you're pretty much out of luck.
What type of medication are you having an issue with? Your dose may need to be adjusted, or you may need to try something different.
