What’s wrong with being a queer?

As long as there are churches (all religions) that preach that homosexuality is a sin against god and condone harassment and violence against LGBT people, people will learn to be closed minded.

It's not about being close-minded. It's about morality. There is an absolute standard of right and wrong, that was created by God. He decides what is right and wrong - not us. The Bible word for homosexual is "sodomite". The King James Bible makes it very clear that the act of sodomy is an abomination. Marriage is exclusively between one man and one woman. What the liberals have done is a desecration to what God sanctified and made holy. I admit that I'm close-minded to the homosexual agenda. But there are reasons for it. Homosexuality is vulgar, disgusting, and vile. It is also disgraceful. Not only that, according to the Bible, the sin of sodomy is so bad that if you even approve of it, you are in sin and under the judgement of God. I don't see how it's even possible for someone to enjoy being a homosexual. I'm a straight man, and I have no desire/no intention of ever being a homosexual. Not only that, homosexuals are going to burn in Hell, unless they repent. Same thing as with all of the sexually immoral - this includes fornicators and adulterers.

It is impossible to stand on the word of God, and to be politically correct at the same time. They contradict each other. Whichever one you choose, you will automatically hate the other. The Lord Jesus Christ said that you cannot serve two masters.

Homophobes are insecure little worms who cling to any arbitrary reason to feel superior over others, because they know there's nothing in their lives to genuinely be proud about.

There's literally nothing wrong with being gay.

Nothing's wrong with being a queer. But there is something wrong with being close-minded

There's nothing wrong. There's been a deeply ingrained hatred for people who deviate from the "norm" and it even accumulates into law and religion. It's hard for people who haven't been exposed to people different from themselves to see past that.

You answered your own question.  People are closed minded - end of story.

Literally wasting your reproductive system and failure to pass on your genes. Evolutionary dead end. 

You want recognition for a behavior that is inherently disordered and sterile.
