Why is it that most women can't cook these days?

Easy access to takeaways, home delivery of meals etc makes it so people don't feel the need to bother learning to cook. In essence a culture of lazy people. I was taught that if you can read and follow simple instructions then you can cook. There is no reason logically as to why nobody can cook. I'm a woman I love to cook and I love to eat. And yes I can cook very well! If there is something I want to cook and I'm not sure how to go about making I am more than capable of looking either online or in a recipe book for instructions on how to do so. 

+ for those who cannot read so well there are cookery shows that teach you how to cook 🙂

Why is that most men don’t bother to learn a necessary skill and expect whatever unfortunate women they marry to take care of them? Are they really that unequipped to care for themselves? 

The same reason most men can't cook these days. They for some reason think they don't have a brain and two hands to pick up a cookbook and learn themselves and that it's Susie's job to make him something. I guess they quickly learn Susie isn't with the bullshit anymore.

Few men can cook these days either as package meals and delivery service have taken over. But the virus shutdown is causing a surge in people trying to cook at home because now in many cases they have no other option.

They spend too much time working to pay for their independent lifestyles and are too shattered after a hard day in the office.  I didn't start to enjoy cooking till I worked part time.

It’s a 50/50 toss up sometimes my foods good and sometimes it’s not I only ever cook from scratch when I need to 

Get a life. You want someone to cook for you? Pay her.

Easier to go to Starbucks or McDonalds 

Many women just have more important things to do. Women today are earning college degrees and getting demanding careers. In fact, women get more college degrees than men, and more advanced degress too. 

Most women couldn't cook in the past either. It was just that in the past they usually learned EVENTUALLY, while today they never learn. lol
