Simple question, i just want to say Subscribe to my (youtube) channel, in italian, i did google translated it, but i just want to make sure that the word "channel" isn't only about canals and there is some other word italian people use for youtube ... so is it correct to say Iscriviti al mio canale per favore ?

Yes, it's correct. You could also say "Iscrivetevi al mio canale!" if you want to use the second plural person.
But it's more common the first phrase "Iscriviti al mio canale" without "per favore"

"Iscriviti al mio canale" worth for the imperative or exhortative second singular person.
"Iscrivetevi al mio canale" for the second plural person.
Italian Youtubers use more the first form.
