If I get drunk and crash the family car and kill my brother and sister, can I blame it all on WHO and CHINA?

Update:

What if I'm the leader of the USA, and I bungle the government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and this kills 93,000 Americans?  Will the "China card" work for me then?  Or do I need to get all my supporters to start hating on Obama again?

    Yes you can blame those people.  But you will die in prison anyway.

    Doubtful if you are president.  The current one will not be in office much longer--he will be gone by Halloween.
