Is it better to believe in your self, than to believe in god?.?

The fact of the matter: It is better to believe in God The Lord Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior then too believe in mankind because mankind is a liar, God holy word the bible is truth and man is a liar.

Here is what the Bible says:

Jeremiah 9:23,24- This is what Jehovah says: “Let not the wise man boast about his wisdom; Let not the mighty man boast about his mightiness; And let not the rich man boast about his riches.” “But let the one boasting boast about this: That he has insight and knowledge of me, That I am Jehovah, the One showing loyal love justice, and righteousness in the earth, For in these things I take delight,” declares Jehovah.

It's always wise to Believe/Trust in God, our creator. He is the one who enables us to do anything in this life. Believing in ourselves solely has its limitations, but believing in God is Unlimited because there is nothing he can not do.

Believing in yourself can help you get ahead in various ways in this life, but it won't do anything in regard to where we will spend eternal life.

I have the distinct advantage of continuing to exist, even after I stop believing in myself - so yeah.

I think so. As children, we have to believe in our parents, but part of growing up is becoming independent and believing in yourself. Even if a God could exist as a supreme parent, it seems the same reasoning would/should apply.

NO AND TRUE GOD IS CAPPED CUZ HE IS JESUS....WE CAN DO BOTH.

better to decide which can get you to reach Heaven. do you even know where that is because God knows where.
