Did your doctor give you a prescription for Viagra? Did he know you were taking tamsulosin? If he did and did not say anything then you should be ok.

I was taking tamsulosin when the urologist started me on Viagra. He did not say for me to stop taking the Viagra. A few years later my cardiologist put me on isosorbide which is a nitrate. He said that I had to stop the Viagra because it could cause my blood pressure to drop to a dangerous level.
