    Somalia tried that for a while and it didn't work out all that well.

    Probably worse, but, no one is calling for the elimination of the Police, so I don't know where this question comes from.

    no way!!!!!!!..did ya see how disgusting the thieving  looters  were ...violent as ...and no respect for anyone except themselves  ..would be mayhem violent  extreme disorder, chaos. rapes murder etc etc etc etc etc
