Are doctors actually this bad with people?

It's bad enough if law enforcement agents treat suspects or detainees like scum but why would an emergency physician in his late 40s act aggressive with a 19 yo natural born US citizen (which of course I know is brown). And please help me with this

I sold laboratory equipment to medical schools, cancer centers and hospitals for 45 years. Then, I was covered for hospital costs from my company. I learned in my medical experience to choose a medical doctor associated with a medical school. These doctors must report to their superiors any bad conduct practices towards patients. Medical-school doctors can have private practices, but can earn so much above their salary. The doctors' reports on patients care are reviewed by medical teams, so each doctor has an account of his/her practicing techniques. If there is/are medical schools where you live, and if you wish to choose a doctor for a specific expertise, call the medical school and request to speak with someone who can refer you to the department that assign doctors to treat patients while still associated with the medical school. Today, I am a military veteran, and I receive free medical treatment for life. One of the medical school in Houston, there are now 4 medical schools, has a contract to treat veterans at the VA hospital. The Houston VA Medical Center saved my life twice after collapsing in the ER. The Houston VA hospital is one of the top-rated VA hospitals in the US.
