Am I mean for saying "No"?
So when I was together with my "then girlfriend", one thing I can remember when we were together was she wanted to go out to eat at a local buffet. It would be expensive for me since I knew I would be the one paying for it. I was on a budget at the time, and I told her no. I did offer to go someplace else where we could still eat and be on my budget. She wanted to go to the buffet still and called me mean for not taking her to where she wanted to go.
I am not about to be getting the better of by a complaining, whiny little brat that she was because things were not going her way. Was I right, or no?
By the way, if anyone is wondering, no... that was not the reason for our breakup.

You are not mean, save you a lot of misery. If you stretch your budget you end up stretching your credit card. That's a no no... She's seems to be a spoilt brat.
She's not a keeper, hope you find a responsible girl. Good luck!

curious to know the reasoning to your breakup then lmao since this is some old situation that happened and isn't relevant and not sure why you're still thinking about it

Why do you need to ask this? You know whether or not you were acting out of meanness. In fact, you're the ONLY PERSON who knows whether or not you were acting out of meanness. Everyone else would just be speculating.

I was with someone who always was a threat expecting money from me. He also wasted his money and mine. He was abusive to say the least and I m glad I got away. Those people care only about what they want it doesn't seem to matter how it hurts other people.

I would never be with a woman who has that kind of attitude. She's not mentally mature enough to be in a relationship to begin with.
