Who else is terrified by what’s happening in our cities?

It seems to be growing in size, and acceptance.

Update:

Y/a wont allow my comment. It makes too much sense.

Cities are still safer than redneck small towns. At least in big cities you can stay away from the areas that you know are problematic. In little redneck small towns where the cops are always harassing people because they have no real crime to deal with, you can never escape. You’re always surrounded by them. I’d much rather live in the anonymity of a big city where at least have a chance of keeping my head low and my nose clean and I can see where the danger is coming from. I’m talking from personal experience because I’ve lived in both environments. Yes a lot of sh*t goes down in big cities but like I said at least you can avoid it. You just steer clear of it that’s all. And if you don’t like big city cops they’ll generally leave you alone if you don’t start protesting etc. But in small redneck towns they’ll come after you whether you’re doing anything wrong or not. Just because they have nothing else to do.

I am scared of donald tRump.  Every day, I think, "well he can't do much worse," but of course he does.  He's got billy barr and moscow mitch covering his ***, if he gets re-elected, he will continue to rob and pillage and if he's not, I fear that he'll send his cult out to punish America.

People are getting careless.  They were told that COVID-19 would go away.  States are reopening and some people believe it's safe.  Others are acting out due to fear and refusing to wear masks or social distance.  They seem to think that either the virus is not real, or that they can somehow beat it through willpower or something.  This is why cases are skyrocketing.  And yes, it's scary.  They will kill their families.  They may kill themselves.  They will kill innocent strangers.  And thanks to a weak and ineffective federal government, there's nothing that can be done.  Other countries brought this disease under control with testing, contact tracing, and massive amounts of work by the government.  Our president has abdicated responsibility, as has the federal government and a large number of state governments.  It's scary how far the US has fallen, and continues to fall.  We're very likely to see more than a million dead.  This is what happens when you elect unqualified trolls.
