Is Dominic Cummings in charge of UK armed forces now?

This odious man says 'Jump' and little Johnson says 'How High.' He says 'I want with my new spectacles to sort our defense procurement. ' (no doubt there is room for that)  but what qualifies him or for that matter rent a mouth Francios, to take this on. The amount of power bestowed on such an amoral distrupter leads me to believe that he has Johnson by the short and curlies.

So Cummings is going to lock horns with the military,fire a few generals here and there.The military can be a bit of a tough bunch, they've got lots habits that can end in fatalities.Soldiers have lot of solidarity with each other, that's the smile we can see on the general face. 

I didn't know who Cummings even was 3 months ago and now Im obsessed by him.  

OBSESSED.   AAAARRRRGHHH! 

Mr Francois & Mr Cummings are a match made in heaven.

In the Army a Bat Man is common.

The curious things that have gone on with defence spending over the past half century or more have been the subject of more than one book.  Private Eye have been able to fill columns with stories about insane decisions, dodgy contracts and incredible over expenditure since they first started printing.   A look at our last two wars (which we LOST) should give some idea of the way equipment has been commissioned and issued.    And then there is the Navy (!)

2nd Lt Marc Francois ( TA. Rtd Hurt) is in charge of the UK's Armed Forces now. Cummings is his batman coming down there to sort out eye-tests for the regimental mascot!

Much as I detest the man if he can save money that's all to the good.
