why cant i purchase on ebay?

i have ordered about 13 items from ebay which are around 50-100 pounds and i wanted to purchase 3 more items and when i went to checkout and pay for item it said we can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address i have plenty of money in my account all details are accurate on my card and tried paypal nothing worked. so do i have to wait couple of days until the items i brought come then i can order again or has a limit been put on my account which i was not told about that i have a limit just hope my account is not temporarly banned from buyimng just new to this happening so does anyone know what it is and had this happen to them if so let me know what i should do thanks.
