Can cancer cells grow and go through metastasis and form higher densities of ECM/collagen in vitro?

    Medical Holocaust Industries use cancer cells as a grow medium for vaccinations - so, yes...they grow in vitro. HeLa cells are the cancer of Henrietta Lachs.
