Which Canadian NHL team has statistically been the best in the last 20 years? ?

I dislike the Oilers and the Jets.... so just leave them out

    Based on regular season games since the start of the 2000/01 season its... Ottawa. Followed by Montreal, Calgary, Toronto, Winnipeg (including Atlanta years), Vancouver and finally Edmonton.
