Many people feel that having your family before the age of 30 is best in many ways.
Given the decrease in fertility that comes after 30, having your family before that age may be easier. And there's the fact that you'll be more energetic as a younger parent, and your children will be grown and out of the house while you are still young enough to enjoy life to the fullest. You'll also have a number of working years left to save and invest more money for retirement.
And a young, strong body may cope better with pregnancy and childbirth.
Those are real benefits, and there's nothing wrong with pointing them out. However, there are also significant benefits to having your children at a later age. Ultimately, all any couple can do is weigh the various opinions and pieces of advice and make the decision that is best for them. They can't do that if the opinions and advice aren't made available in books, articles, and doctors' offices.

I think that that article is real basic-ass Daily Mail trolling of their moronic readers.

Dailymail is trash, it's basically an online version of tabloid magazines. You can't take much they publish as fact.

The risks come after 30. Harder for the mother and baby. I would also advise women who wants kids to have them before 30
