Any suggestions for getting rid of heavy and aggressive dandruff?

Question

I have been dealing with this for years and am so sick of it.

I wish it was only on my head but my hole face is infested with dandruff, Facial hair and eyebrows to.

I have tried using head and shoulders, As well as even trying apple cider vinegar with little effect.

All the apple cider vinegar seams to do is get rid of the dry flaky patches that form under my mustache.

The head and shoulders doesnt work at all.

I need something so strong it boarders on being dangerous for human use.

Any ideas?

Take multi vitamins. That may sound like strange advice, but you might have very dry skin due to a vitamin deficiency.

There are other scalp flaking problems that are worse than dandruff.  
I have one that a medicated shampoo and a medicated cream also needed. Prescribed by a doctor. 
You can pray to God and see If God wants to answer this for you.

A colonoscopy is a procedure to examine the inside of your colon (intestine) with a scope. A scope is a flexible tube with a small light and camera on the end. Look for the answer there.

Yes see a Dermatologist. You have some sort of skin condition around the hair follicles, not just dandruff.
