Is there any way to see notifications on this stupid site?

I find this a zillion times more annoying than losing comments.

Update:

Lolly, that'e exactly the link I always use. Does it work for you? It it doesn't work for me.

Update 2:

The bell doesn't work for me either. Maybe it works on a phone but I'm on a computer right now.

Update 3:

When I click on the bell or on /notifications all I get is "Oops... Something went wrong"

Update 4:

I'm going to change the category for this and see if I get more useful answers. Thanks for trying to help, everybody...

Update 5:

OK, my notifications page is working now, but you people had nothing to do with it.

The last I heard about the notifications was that it was a fault/glitch and not everyone can receive notifications.  I know I cannot receive them and I get the same 'oops' message that you do.  It will take time for the glitch to be cleared so just hang on in there.

No, Yahoo has disabled that. There are no rules now and violations given at random.

Go to your profile page where your answers are shown: /activity/questions and scroll down to see which ones have been chosen as the favorite answer. You can also see your favorite answers by going to your notifications page and scrolling down the page. Click on the bell at the top right to get there: /notifications

Yes, the Bell icon at the upper right. Sometimes the notifications don't load, but I've found refreshing the screen a time or two resolves that issue (as it did just now when I checked my notifications to ensure they are working today).

You are likely on a mobile device and not in desktop mode.
