First u must start meeting new person n then try to understand each other spend time and then decide for date , if u straight away start dating n same things repeat then it would be same issue repeated so , take the steps wisely

The more you think about it the longer it will take to get over. I know it's hard to not think about something that was a big part of your life, the good and bad times. It's time to meet other people to get your mind off things.
