Is the end of Earth / end of times a myth or a certainty ?
Civilisations go through cycles but some prophecies about the future in some religions appear to be like a frightening script. If we dont read them we risk repeating the mistakes they've done before and getting close to destruction. If we read them we dislike suffering and that makes it hard to keep close to a book with such events.
There are some authors who categorised gods in some religions as "gods of war" although we know that God is good and forgiving and can verify that the destruction is made by people who dont want to be like God.

It is both a religious and a scientific certainty. Our sun has a specific amount of fuel. Eventually it will burn itself out, as thousands of other suns have previously done.

the earth is our home.
it shall endure time.
some misread the bible and think it shall end.
this is just not true.
the bible speaks of 3 heaven and 3 earth ages (in time).
we now dwell in the 2cd age (aion).
the next one is the eternity.
the first age has past.
2Peter chapter 3 shows this in detail. (from the manuscripts)
the earth will be rejuvinated.
the bible clearly (from the manuscripts) shows this.
Rev chapter 21 shows this..... kainos
check the word out fully.
Genesis chapter 1 shows the same thing.
GOD created the HEAVEN and EARTH. (period)
it does not state WHEN. (verse 1)
THE EARTH IS VERY VERY OLD..........
(but this age in time is very very young)
see the difference?
verse 2 shows this rejuvenation taking place.
(NOT CREATION)
tohu va bohu shows this....(Hebrew)
..."and the earth became emptiness and ruin (waste)".
even in the English read verse 28 again.
use a good bible. (not a new version that hides the truth)
a standard KJV will do.
Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
note the word replenish.....(?)
- to do (again).
the dinosaurs once dwelled upon the earth as did GOD'S Angelic children.
* we are those children *
born through a womb to be tested due to satan's corruption and fall.
Rev 12 shows this.......

The End of the Earth is a Certainty and has nothing to do with Religion but Science.
In about 4.5 Billion years our sun will run out of Hydrogen Gas and start Fusing Helium.
At that point the Sun will expand into a Red Giant Star and completely destroy all the inner planets.

It's a myth that stems from misunderstanding the Bible and watching Hollywood doomsday scenarios.

God, Time, and earth has no end.
The earth will never be destroyed ; it will last forever. - Psalm 104:5; Ecclesiastes 1:4.

The 'end times' have proven to be a myth for
tens of thousands of years ... and no books, texts,
expectations, or prophecies have ever made it come true.

the world will end. That is a given whether it get swallowed by the expanding red giant of the sun, being blasted by an asteroid, or brought to an end by God is the discussion

Its a world without end
Ecclesiastes 1:4 KJV — One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.
Ephesians 3:21 KJV — Unto the Father be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
The Bible rather describes the end of the AGE....Greek aion, English eon, referring to the age of the OT law, and the inception of the age of grace in Christ Jesus.
