Are Christians or other spiritual groups supposed not to observe beautiful women ?
For some men it may take some effort to get rid of a bad habit like watching adult videos or self gratification. We are also taught to be kind to people who dont look as thin as a model. But do women expect us not to look at them if they are beautiful and dress attractively ? Should we live a life of solitude ?

Like most things in life, it's complicated. Sexuality has always been kind of a spiritual and carnal minefield. Saint Paul advised marriage as the solution, for the most part. As for what women expect, I doubt that even God knows. Live a life that seems right for you and that also pleases God.

Beautiful women can be an occasion of sin so it's best to look away immediately especially if they are dressed and/or acting immodestly.

Hell no . You will regret that when you get old enough
to wish for younger days . You best keep that motor running and lube it good so it works well well into its' antique days .
