Would you rather be a student at:?

Todai University in Tokyo, Japan; or Otago University in Dunedin, New Zealand?

    Todai is on the level of Harvard, but my Japanese language ability is akin to a third or fourth grader native, so I would pick the school in New Zealand.

    Depends on what I'm studying, the reputation & ranking of the schools in that field, my language proficiency, etc.

    Since I don't speak Japanese, I'd pick New Zealand.  Simply for the ease of communication.
