Is it possible to transfer DMV knowledge testing and driver testing?
So here’s my deal, I (in theory) move states soon in October, WA to AL did my written test today and doing my road testing in a couple weeks. If I’m not able to do licensing at the DMV/DOL is it at all possible to just transfer my written test and road test to another state so I can just get my license and be done with it? Military if it makes a difference
I already did my written test if that’s not clear. Trying to figure out if the written/driver test transfers states

No, you would obtain a learner's permit in the new state and meet their requirements to take the driving test.

You're not moving to AL from WA until October (that's two months from now) and you intend to take the Road Test in WA in a couple of weeks. Go ahead and take the Road Test in WA, and obtain a WA driver's license.. Your WA driver's license will be valid in every other state in the U.S.
Because you're military and you'll have a valid WA driver's license, you won't have to do any testing or transferring when you arrive in AL.

Since you mentioned military, and that's all you mentioned, the answer is a solid maybe. Maybe, and that's final.
Under certain circumstances, depending on the jurisdiction, the licensing rules can be bent for active military personnel on assignment. But since I don't know all those technicalities, and since "military" is the only detail you provided, maybe is the best answer you can get in here.

Typically, when you move from one state to another, even if you already have a license, you have to retake the "written" test (it shouldn't be called "written" because it's done on a computer in many states), but do not have to retake the road test. (Some states aren't even doing road tests now because they are worried about the examiners being exposed to the virus in the car.) I don't know about AL and WA specifically.

Do the road test and get your license. Your license will be good anywhere in the USA and territories if you are in the military.

Nope. You will get your license as soon as you pass the written test.
You must be in the Army. Once you pass the driving test you will get a Washington drivers license. You cannot take the test results to another state and get a different license.
