Is  the Christian Divorce Act  un-Christian and untenable  in law ?

According to the law of the land, any Law declared  2000  years ago cannot be  applied in toto  in the 21st Century A.D. Jesus Christ had  admonished his followers  not to divorce their wives unless  she had been guilty of Adultery. The Jews , like the present day Muslims, had been divorcing and marrying , without any restraint. That is why Christ declared this law to the then Jews and Christians.

But according to Christian Divorce Act , this law is still applicable in India..When Christ declared the law, most  Jewish women were Virgins before Marriage. But nowadays , in Catholic and Jacobite churches, all  kinds of  "working women" are getting married . due to political influence, bribing the groom's greedy relatives, etc.If the naive guy later finds out that she is already "emotionally attached to some scoundrel" , he cannot get a Divorce until he produces a Video showing this woman doing adultery with that felon, after marriage  !!  This is how the Jacobite Clergy have joined hands with Criminal politicians to make Life miserable for the  Christian men.

The B.J.P. govt. must introduce a Common Civil Code urgently.

Understand that the bible addresses "only" female infidelity and not male. Christianity is not the original belief nor is their god original as it is the same god as the Jews and Muslims. The bible actually did not even exist until the fourth century you know.

Civil actions are mutually exclusive from clerical actions.
